Jonas’s style of comedy is an infections cultural mash-up. His Canadian-Ozzie-East-ender roots infuse his films with a distinctly off-kilter flavour, almost as warped as his accent. Often irreverent, never irrelevant, his comic references are more revelatory than a Revels-filled lavatory.

Suffice to say Jonas is a seriously funny guy. And if you need convincing, just watch him pitching with his pants down in ‘I’ll be your hero.’ Jonas’s penchant for the absurd is underpinned by witty dialogue, quirky casting, and really rather impressive visual effects (often crafted by Jonas himself!) If you find awkward pleasure in dolphin body odour and malicious macaws, then look no further.
